Delete your account: Email support@pomfolio.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request and permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

How do I reset my password?
Go to the sign-in screen and tap "Forgot password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Is Pomfolio free to use?
Yes! The core experience is completely free — focus timer, live chart, portfolio, marketplace, groups, and leaderboards. No credit card required. Optional Gold Bars can be purchased to unlock special items, but everything is earnable through focus sessions.
Am I earning real money?
No. The dollar amounts in Pomfolio are fictional portfolio currency — a fun way to visualize your productivity. You spend your earnings in the marketplace to customize your trader avatar. No real money is earned, and no real financial transactions occur within the app.
My session didn't save. What happened?
Sessions are saved automatically when they end. If you were offline, the session is queued and will sync when you reconnect. If the issue persists, make sure you're signed in (check Settings) and try force-closing and reopening the app. Contact support if the problem continues.
Which platforms does Pomfolio work on?
Pomfolio works on iOS, Android, and Web. Your account syncs across all platforms — start a session on your phone and check your portfolio on desktop. iOS and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
How do I join a group?
Go to the Groups tab, tap "Join Group," and enter the 6-digit invite code (format: XXX-XXX) shared by the group creator. You'll instantly join and appear on the weekly leaderboard.
What happens if I close the app during a session?
Your session keeps running. On mobile, you'll see a notification with your session state. On web, the tab title shows your remaining time and earnings. When you return, the chart catches up to where you should be. No progress is lost.
How do I change my avatar?
Tap your avatar icon on the market screen or go to Settings → "My Trader." This opens the Dressing Room where you can equip items from your inventory. Purchase new items from the Shop tab.
Can I get a refund for a Gold Bars purchase?
In-app purchase refunds are handled by the platform you purchased through. For iOS, request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, use the Google Play Store refund process. For web purchases, contact support@pomfolio.app.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@pomfolio.app with a description of the issue, the device/browser you're using, and a screenshot if possible. We appreciate all bug reports and will get back to you quickly.
